Outcomes for Class of 2026
We are incredibly proud of our Class of 2026 and the results they achieved this summer. This was a cohort who had the benefit of uninterrupted time at Carrington, and it has been wonderful to see their hard work, determination and commitment translate into our strongest outcomes position in three years. There is so much to celebrate:
- Attainment 8 score rose to 45.6
- 68% of students achieved grade 4 or above in both English and Maths
- 44.3% achieved grade 5 or above in both subjects
- 100% of the cohort achieved at least one recognised qualification
Success was evident right across the curriculum, from strong outcomes in English and Maths to fantastic achievements in Art, Acting and Sport, reflecting the commitment and resilience of students and staff alike.
For me, these results are also about what comes next. They show our younger students what is possible when they attend, engage, work hard and make the most of the opportunities available to them. Our ambition remains simple: every young person should leave Carrington having achieved the very best that they can and ready to take their next step with confidence.
