The Trustees

Paul Walsh, Co-founding trustee

I am a Warwick School Alumni and successful local entrepreneur, having co-founded Jellyfish and Infinity. I saw the potential in the ACE Foundation idea and came on board as the Founding Benefactor, determined to make a difference.

 Chris Pearce, Co-founding trustee

I am passionate about providing access to new opportunities for young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. My career has included founding digital marketing companies and running marketing services agencies and consultancies. I live in Reigate and have two grown up children.

 Emma Loughran, Co-founding trustee

As a teacher in state education since 1994, and raising three teenagers of my own, I am strongly committed to creating a level playing field for young people to aim high and think big, whatever their background circumstances.

 Kerry Oakley, Co-founding trustee

My careers practice is informed by over 20 years working in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of roles including mentoring new graduates and advising on career planning.

Amy Blackwell, Steering Group founder member

Having worked as a History teacher within the local community since 2005, and now a Senior Leader for Teaching & Learning, I am dedicated to providing exciting opportunities for young people.
