On Saturday, students enjoyed an exciting trip to the Brighton Centre to watch London Mavericks take on Manchester Thunder in a Netball Super League showdown. 

The game itself didn’t disappoint, with some fast-paced, high‑level netball on display and plenty of goals with the score at the final whistle 47-60 to Manchester Thunder.

Students loved seeing the skill, teamwork and fitness required to compete at the very top level, and many were inspired by the speed and precision of the players on court. 

Overall, it was a fantastic Saturday trip and a great opportunity to experience professional netball live. Everyone came away with smiles on their faces - and sore hands from clapping!
