Stitching Up a Storm

Year 10 and 11 GCSE Textiles students swapped the classroom for creativity heaven as they headed to the Knitting and Stitching Show at Alexandra Palace on Friday.

From yarns to embroidery, fashion fabrics to funky felting, the show was bursting with inspiration. Students explored hundreds of stalls and chatted with designers. Students came away full of ideas and a renewed excitement for their coursework.
