Last week, Reigate College welcomed ambitious Year 9 students from its partner schools to a Gifted & Talented event to help these rising GCSE stars boost their confidence, fuel their curiosity, and get a head-start on tackling top-tier subject content.

Students participated in four workshops, including a critical thinking skills workshop in which they debated a range of political and social topics, a workshop on collaborative teamwork which culminated in a competition to build the highest tower, a careers and further education workshop, and a workshop on what makes a 'high-achieving' student.  

This really was a fantastic visit and our students had a real taste of what A-level learning feels like!
