From Classroom to Courtside

On Sunday, 40 students and four staff embarked on an unforgettable trip to the O2 Arena to witness the Basketball Super League Play-Off Finals with two fantastic matches taking place.

In the Women's Final, the Sheffield Hatters came out on top, beating Oaklands Wolves with a score of 83–73. While the Men's Final saw the Leicester Riders dominate the Newcastle Eagles, finishing with a 105–74 win.

Beyond the games, students enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere with music, dancers, mascots, and more, making the day even more memorable. This trip not only offered a chance to see professional basketball up close but also served as an inspiration for our budding athletes!
